Public Rights of Way are often overlooked in the development process, and can be a source of much controversy and strong feeling amongst the public and campaign groups. Failure to consider the impact of development on Public Rights of Way can cause severe delays and costs on construction programmes and often early engagement on these matters helps smooth the process through planning and beyond.
