Sam Cowdry

He earned a BSc in Geography (2022) and an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development from the University of Reading, and became a chartered member of the RTPI in May 2025.

 

During his career, Sam has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from householder applications to large-scale developments in both rural and urban environments. His experience spans residential, industrial, commercial, and agricultural schemes, as well as community facility projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the planning process across different sectors.

 

At DHA, Sam works closely with Chris Hawkins and Jessica Bache, playing an active role in the delivery of residential schemes throughout Kent, helping to shape sustainable and vibrant communities across the region.
