Laura is an Associate Director in the planning team with 16 years experience in in both the private sector at a large global real estate advisor and client side for a national retailer. She became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2014.
Before joining DHA in August 2026, she was as a Town Planner with a national consultancy for 14 years. Laura leads and manages a wide range of projects for national housebuilders, Registered Providers, SME developers and JV’s, with a focus on London and the South East.
She has experience leading on planning applications, undertaking appraisals, appeals and representations for Local Plan promotion sites. Laura has been involved in a number of appeals, including the management and preparation of evidence for public inquiries. She has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver schemes of all sizes from residential in the green belt to complex large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes.
