Jack Harley

Jack joined DHA Planning in May 2019 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BA (Hons) in City and Regional Planning and an MSc in Spatial Planning. Jack became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in December 2023.

Since joining DHA, Jack has worked on numerous residential, industrial and agricultural projects, including:

• Redevelopment of two Grade II Listed former hospitals in Maidstone and Sevenoaks to provide residential units;
• Redevelopment of existing residential sites within urban areas to increase housing densities, with a particular focus on sustainable development measures.
• Conversion of Office space to residential;
• Erection of warehouse and agricultural buildings in Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.

Since February 2023, Jack has assisted Patrick Reedman in being a founding member of DHA London. Jack continues to work across Kent and London.
