Rebecca is an Associate at DHA and works from both our Maidstone and London offices.
Rebecca joined DHA in 2014 after completing her MSc in Town Planning, and qualified as a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2016.
Since joining DHA, Rebecca has worked on a wide range of projects for residential, mixed-use, retail and education developments. Her key experience and interest lies in residential-led developments and has experience providing planning advice and support on major housing led projects throughout Kent and the southeast.
Rebecca has experience leading on planning applications, undertaking appraisals, appeals and representations for Local Plan promotion sites. Some of Rebecca’s recent schemes she has been involved in include:
