Louise joined DHA in December 2025 as the firm’s London Planning Director.
She brings over 18 years’ experience in private consultancy, having previously worked at Pegasus Planning Group before joining DP9 in 2013. During her 12 years at DP9, Louise led and managed a wide range of large-scale and complex planning projects across London and beyond.
Her experience includes residential-led masterplan schemes such as Chelsea Barracks and the former Royal Mail site at Nine Elms in Wandsworth; major commercial developments including 1 Undershaft (the 74-storey tower) in the City of London, 105 Victoria Street in Westminster, and Angel Square in Islington; and life sciences developments such as 176–178 York Way in Islington. She has also been involved in revised proposals for the Whitechapel Estate in Tower Hamlets.
In addition to her London portfolio, Louise has secured planning permission for schemes outside the capital, including the redevelopment of St Mary’s Wharf in Guildford.

Draft London Plan 2026 Published: Key Policy Changes Set to Shape Development Across the CapitalThe Mayor of London has now published the draft London Plan for consultation, providing the first detailed look at the strategic planning framework that could shape development across the capital over the next two decades. Published on 16 July 2026, the draft Plan represents a significant departure from its predecessor, reducing in length from 542 pages to approximately 310 pages as part of the Greater London Authority's commitment to create a more streamlined and accessible planning framework.
