The Print Rooms

Located in Central London, close to London Bridge, our London office provides coverage across Greater London, Central London and wider.

Our permanent London-based staff cover all types of residential, commercial and institutional projects, providing commercially focused planning, transport and viability advice.

Our London team leads on all types of projects from large scale Mayor / Greater Local Authority (GLA) referable schemes to individual high-end bespoke residential projects and major commercial and institutional development.

Our success in the Capital comes from a detailed understanding of the complexities of working with the boroughs and the Greater London Authority. We understand that the challenges of development in London are unique and require the most robust planning strategies.

We provide commercially focused advice from the outset, managing engagement with the boroughs and the GLA and helping to identify technical considerations which will shape a development; these include things which are of particular importance in the London Plan for specific development projects, such as the approach taken to affordable housing and viability, environmental and carbon reduction targets, accessibility requirements, transport matters and highways design considerations and the need to consider detailed matters such as fire strategy and servicing arrangements.

Our London office can advise on all development types across London and beyond, with particular experience in locations such as:

  • Berkshire
  • Bexley
  • Bromley

Potential Changes to Biodiversity Net Gain Policy – What It Could Mean for Development

As Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) continues to embed itself within the planning system as a statutory requirement under the Environment Act 2021, Government signals suggest that further refinements may be on the horizon.
