Leo joined DHA’s Gatwick office in November 2023 and holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Masters Degree in Theoretical Physics, both from the University of Birmingham.
He has since worked on a wide range of developments, with strong experience in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Transport Appraisals within a mix of commercial, residential, and educational developments, as well as experience in junction modelling and capacity assessments, Active Travel Zone Assessments, and other areas.
Leo has also managed several Transport Feasibility Studies for schools as part of the Department for Education’s National School Rebuilding Programme.
Leo is an Associate Member of CIHT as of September 2025.
