Hannah joined DHA's Gatwick team as an Associate Director in 2024 from Iceni in London.
Hannah joined DHA in 2024 and has over 18 years of experience in both the private and public sector.
Hannah works on a variety of projects with a particular focus on strategic residential-led mixed use schemes. Hannah recently managed the Strategic Sites and Delivery Team at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to support the delivery of 6,500 new homes through the Local Plan and subsequent strategic planning applications. Through her time at TWBC she has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders across Kent and Sussex, and provided lead expert evidence at the Local Plan examination.
Hannah has also spent over 15 years in consultancy at Lichfields and Iceni Projects. During this time, she has gained extensive experience of leading and managing large project teams on complex sites, including large scale town centre schemes, along with major residential, employment, education and leisure schemes. She is also experienced in advising on delivery strategies and has lead on planning applications for the strategic growth of new settlements encompassing between 2,000-10,000 homes.
Hannah provides a proactive and solution-driven approach, working collaboratively with the team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
