Isaac joined DHA in September 2025, having worked at Local Planning Authorities across Suffolk, where he grew up, and, most recently, at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
He has experience with a variety of development types, including residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects, as well as Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects like Sizewell C and East Anglia One and Three.
Isaac completed his degree apprenticeship in March 2025, having undertaken a part-time master’s degree in Town Planning at Anglia Ruskin University. He became a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in September 2025, having successfully completed the DA-APC route to chartership.
Isaac works in DHA’s Environment Team alongside David Harvey and Alex Payne, contributing to a range of projects including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, comprising a large-scale solar farm and a lithium mine, a new anaerobic digesting plant, residential schemes, and wider support for colleagues across the company.
