DHA's experience in mixed use schemes is wide and varied in both scheme types and location.
DHA have worked on some the biggest London mixed use schemes through to securing retail uses with residential flats above.
Key to the success of these schemes is working closely with communities to understand the local needs as well understanding the operational needs of the potential occupiers. This understanding is core to all projects and core to the planning process.
