Chris Hawkins

Chris joined DHA in 2014, having previously worked for 14 years at two local authorities in Kent .During his time at DHA Chris has worked on a wide variety of projects including:

 

• The promotion of large-scale housing developments.
• The submission of a 2,500 dwelling development in North Kent.
• Large scale Public Inquiries for Local Authorities.
• Attended Independent Examinations for housebuilders.
• Caseload work (ranging from householder to major planning applications) for numerous Local Authorities, including a scheme of 1,000,000 sqft of employment space, renewal of a listed building (together with high-specification flats, and town centre regeneration projects.
• Obtained planning permission for large scale commercial and health facilities.
• Community Care Hub on land at Greensand Place, Heath Road. (dhaplanning.co.uk)
