Seth joined DHA in June 2023 as a Senior Planner. Seth graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in Geography before undertaking an MA in Planning Policy and Practice at London South Bank University. Seth became a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in February 2023.
Seth has experience in both the public and private sectors having worked for Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and Barton Willmore, now Stantec. His experience ranges from small-scale residential developments to helping to deliver strategic and large-scale residential and commercial developments. Seth’s experience also includes the promotion of sites through the local plans process.
Seth is currently working with David Harvey and Tim Spicer in the Environment team helping to manage, coordinate, and deliver planning applications across the energy, commercial and industrial sectors.
