Alex joined DHA from Kent County Council in 2018 having worked on a number of Nationally Strategic infrastructure Projects, Regulation 3 developments (e.g. schools) and minerals and waste planning and policy. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Southampton and an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster, which was sponsored by DHA.
Alex has primarily worked in the DHA Environment team assisting with Nationally Strategic infrastructure Projects, developments requiring Environmental Impact Assessment and other projects that are more environmentally sensitive.
In addition to this, Alex has also worked with a number of clients from large developers to individuals across a range of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial, medical and agricultural. Alex also provides support to the Transport team.

Out of the office, Alex is a keen guitarist and is the frontman of a hard rock band called Fortune Favours.
