DHA shortlisted for RTPI award

DHA are pleased to announce that three of our projects have been shortlisted by the Royal Town Planning Institute as part of the RTPI South East Awards for Planning Excellence 2025.

 

The following projects have been shortlisted for the category of Best Project 2025:

 

• Kent and Medway Medical School Student Accommodation, Tunbridge Wells Hospital - client: Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and archirect: Hazle McCormack Young LLP;
• Ightham Mote Visitor Reception and Shop - client: National Trust and archirects: Colvin and Moggridge Limited and Reed Watts Architects; 
• Fortis House, Henwood - clients: Ashford Borough Council and ZED PODS Limited, Environmental Consultant: Tim Moya Associates.

 

We look forward to attending the Awards Celebration Dinner 2025 on Thursday 3 July at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Oxford, where the winners will be announced.
