Sascha joined DHA in 2025 and has nearly 20 years of planning consultancy experience in a range of sectors including housing, tourist and leisure accommodation, student and specialist older persons accommodation.
She has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver schemes of all sizes from residential extensions in the green belt to complex large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes.
Sascha is client-focused and commercially aware. She enjoys providing high quality planning advice and good customer service to a range of clients including landowners, developers, local authorities and housing associations. She is excellent at tailoring planning advice and strategies to client needs and aspirations and finding planning solutions to achieving these.

Draft London Plan 2026 Published: Key Policy Changes Set to Shape Development Across the CapitalThe Mayor of London has now published the draft London Plan for consultation, providing the first detailed look at the strategic planning framework that could shape development across the capital over the next two decades. Published on 16 July 2026, the draft Plan represents a significant departure from its predecessor, reducing in length from 542 pages to approximately 310 pages as part of the Greater London Authority's commitment to create a more streamlined and accessible planning framework.
