Kevin Chapman

Having worked in Residential Sales, as well as Commercial Sales and Acquisitions since 1996, Kevin has facilitated both large scale site allocations and purchases, along with small bespoke sites, which he has advised clients on potential values, along with taking some through the planning process with our team of planners.

 

He has worked in the land sector for over a decade and has a wealth of experience working with a cross section of landowners including Housing Associations, Privately Funded Investors/Developers, as well as Private Landowners and SME Developers. Kevin  can assist both Landowners and Developers to maximise land values by analysing planning policies, market conditions and offer tailored advice dependent on the landowner's requirements.

 

Kevin is experienced in working on longer term strategic option and promotion agreements as well as small scale bespoke sites, mixed use schemes including Care provisions and Commercial elements.

 

With his wealrth of knowledge on affordable housing he can provide market feedback in to design and layout, as well as links to registered providers in order to broker deals.
