Our Spring newsletter highlighting some of our key planning successes.
Thank you for getting in touch. We will be in contact shortly.
It has been an eventful start to 2025 for the development industry with several important policy changes coming forward, including the publication of the much-anticipated revised National Planning Policy Framework and reforms to local government following the release of the new Devolution White Paper.
We’ve also seen the introduction of a new Planning and Infrastructure Bill to bring forward significant measures to speed up decision making and help deliver vital developments, as well as the go-ahead for some major infrastructure projects including the Lower Thames Crossing.
However, the Government have also announced their policy proposals for the new Building Safety Levy, a tax which will apply to all new residential developments (including mixed-use buildings) in England that require building control approval which will, again add a further hurdle to delivering much needed new homes.
Our latest edition of Blueprint showcases some of our recent accomplishments, including two new schools, a variety of residential schemes, a new care home, Grey Belt success stories and celebrating the 200th planning application for one of our first clients.
