A new business park, offering much-needed employment opportunities at Pease Pottage, near Crawley in Mid Sussex, has been granted permission for Pease Pottage Ltd to redevelop a draft allocated site.
From its Crawley office, DHA provided transport planning and highway design advice in support of the planning application. Integral to the permission were detailed negotiations with Highways England around the impact of the development on the operation of nearby Junction 11 of the M23.
The consent follows Mid Sussex District Council’s Committee resolution to grant permission for a similar scheme in Bolney for the same client.
