About Sam

Sam joined DHA in October 2023, having graduated from the university of Portsmouth with a (RICS accredited) Bsc Hons in Property Development having previously worked in the construction industry.

 

Sam works in DHA's Land team, assisting in the finding and selling of development land in Kent. This includes working on residual land appraisals and drafting heads of terms for different land sale structures. 

 

Sam is aiming to become a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor within two years by completing the RICS APC.
