Sam Boland

Sam joined DHA in October 2023, having graduated from the university of Portsmouth with a (RICS accredited) Bsc Hons in Property Development having previously worked in the construction industry. He has recently gained his MRICS which is a fantastic achievement for Sam. 

 

Sam works in DHA's Land team, assisting in the finding and selling of development land in Kent. This includes working on residual land appraisals and drafting heads of terms for different land sale structures.
