About Rosie

Rosie joined DHA in November 2021 from the London Borough of Bexley, where she worked as a Planner in the Development Management team whilst completing her Masters at UCL. She holds a Batchelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Real Estate and an MSc in Urban Regeneration from University College London, where she graduated with a distinction. Rosie is also a member of the RTPI.

Rosie has broad experience in the private and public sectors, having also worked as a Design Advisor at Design South East and as a Graduate Surveyor at JLL. Her areas of expertise include the residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors. She has worked with, and continues to work with, large housing developers including the Vistry Group, Jones Homes and Stonebond Properties on large residential schemes alongside Tier 1 contractors including Tilbury Douglas, Willmott Dixon and Kier on education led projects across the UK.

Since joining the practice, Rosie has more recently led DHA’s northern expansion by setting up the Leeds Hub to better serve projects and clients in the Northern regions. By establishing a dynamic base for DHA in West Yorkshire, Rosie will cultivate relationships with local authorities in the region and in doing so, better steer strategic development schemes and reinforce DHA’s national coverage.

Rosie remains passionate about promoting sustainable growth in the region, contributing to DHA’s reputation as a leading planning practice across all areas of the country. She is always open to discussing project opportunities, local authority partnerships, and cross‑sector development opportunities.

Outside of the office Rosie is a keen runner, walker and mountain biker. She has more recently taken part in a series of ultra marathon and trail races and is normally found taking part in races across Yorkshire and the Lake District.
