Leon Shrewsbury

Leon developed transport planning skills through large masterplanning studies such as Meridian Water which looked to encourage mode shift away from car and towards active modes and access charging for Heathrow Airport, as well as working with clients such as the Centre for London on a road user charging study. He has also worked heavily with TfL and London boroughs on studies promoting healthy streets and the Mayors Transport Strategy and has experience managing multi-disciplinary projects through National Highways’ PCF process at Stage 0.

 

Leon has specialist technical knowledge in strategic modelling and spreadsheet analysis, but also has experience in GIS, rail franchising, and economic appraisal.
