DHA Planning Shortlisted for Two Prestigious Awards at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2025

The RTPI's awards ceremony will take place on 27 November 2025 in London, celebrating the very best in planning and showcasing the exceptional projects, people, and organisations that are making a tangible impact on communities across the UK.

 

Shortlisted Categories:

 

1. Large Planning Consultancy of the Year
   We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted in this prestigious category, which honours planning consultancies that have demonstrated exceptional expertise, dedication, and contribution to the planning profession. The nomination reflects the hard work of our talented team and our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality planning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities.

2. Excellence in Planning for Communities – Small Schemes (under 50 Homes)
   We are also thrilled to announce that our work on the Fortis House (Henwood) project has been recognised in the "Excellence in Planning for Communities" category for small schemes. This vital project, a collaboration between Ashford Borough Council and ZED PODS, has created 23 new homes designed to provide temporary accommodation for homeless individuals and families in need of support before securing permanent housing. The scheme highlights our dedication to planning for positive social impact and addressing key challenges in housing and community development.
