Planning permission has been secured for a mixed-use redevelopment at Station Road, Horley, from Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, thanks to DHA.
Woolbro Group can now develop 10 new homes and seven units offering 36,000 sq ft of employment generating uses, including a mix of light industrial space, offices, and retail, for the scheme designed by architects GDM. Road access was redesigned to ensure the existing brewery building becomes the dominant focal point along the new vista.
The designs make more efficient use of the former building merchant’s site, and will protect, enhance and bring the adjacent former brewery back to life.
