Reserved matters approval has been secured for Redrow Homes to deliver 184 homes on a site on the western edge of Cliffe Woods in Medway.

Following detailed discussions with the local authority regarding design and layout, Redrow Homes will meet the council's 25% affordable homes standard, and deliver a mix of 46 two-, three- and four-bed homes and one- and two-bed apartments built to a maximum of two and a half storeys high. The remaining 138 homes will be for private sale.
The new homes will reflect the local architectural vernacular of the village of Cliffe Woods and the scheme will incorporate extensive landscaping, open space areas and an area of allotments.
