Permission for a safe drop-off zone for primary school pupils plus a new 40 space car park, all funded by the development of 25 family homes, has been achieved on appeal by DHA.
Acting on behalf of Fernham Homes, DHA secured the decision following a Public Inquiry. Despite the support of the school, Swale Borough Council had rejected an earlier application for residential development and improvements to the operation of Newington Primary School.
