Liskeard, Cornwall
DHA secured unanimous support of Cornwall’s Strategic Planning Committee for a major mixed use extension to Liskeard in Cornwall.
On behalf of Wilton Homes West, DHA’s planning, design and transport teams worked collaboratively to build support from the local Town and Parish Councils for this ambitious greenfield development.
The scheme delivered 275 new homes, employment land fronting the A38, a new doctors’ surgery, cinema, care home providing up to 60 beds, and extensive areas of public open space.
The development also included a new site access and supporting infrastructure, including internal roads, footpaths, drainage, structural landscaping and parking.
DHA had previously secured planning permission for a Premier Inn hotel and pub adjacent to the site..
