Land & Site Promotion
Site promotion is vital to identifying land for future development and meeting the needs of future generations. We combine our experience and market knowledge with a thorough understanding of planning policy to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' objectives. Our behind-the-scenes advice helps clients make commercially sensible decisions when pursuing planning, and we offer a discreet way of finding the right development partner if needed.

Sites for Sale
We sell sites on behalf of landowners and local authorities. Our current sites are:
Development Appraisals and Viability
As a team of Chartered Surveyors, we advise on potential land values using residual land value appraisals. We help optimise land value by selecting the most suitable use classes and unit mix for each site.
Site Identification and Acquisition
We have carried out site searches for a wide range of clients and uses, from traditional housebuilding to school sites and renewable energy. Our reports identify the best land for a specific use by analysing the planning constraints and consents in the surrounding area.
Structuring Development Agreements
We help structure every type of deal, working for landowner clients to secure the best market terms and reduce their risk. Possible structures include:
- Subject-to-planning agreements
- Option agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Collaboration agreements
Agency and Disposal Strategies
We work mainly as an off-market agent for retained landowner clients, seeking offers from known, reputable delivery partners. For local authority and charity clients that need it, we also provide a fully marketed service.
Affordable Housing
We offer specialist affordable housing consultancy. It is an often overlooked and misunderstood part of development, yet on most residential schemes affordable housing makes up 30–40% of the homes, so it is important to get right. Our services include:
- Design input on unit types, mix and layouts
- Section 106 consultancy and optimisation
- Placing Section 106 affordable homes
- Selling sites to Registered Providers
