Clifftop Houses
Plans for two new clifftop houses with stunning views over the Channel have received unanimous support from Dover District Council’s Planning Committee.

DHA worked with architects Hollaway Studio on behalf of TG Designer Homes to develop a sensitive and well-considered scheme that takes inspiration from its distinctive location on the White Cliffs.
Focusing on highways and accessibility, DHA worked closely with the design team to ensure the four-bedroom homes provided sufficient parking and safe, practical access to the site.
A previous application for the St Margaret’s Bay site had been dismissed at appeal. However, following a Design Review Panel and heritage consultation, DHA and Hollaway were able to address the previous concerns, securing officer support with a recommendation for approval. The local parish council was also supportive of the proposals.
