We are the largest independent Planning and Development team in the South East with over 70 people across the business. We have access to a range of industry leading clients including large housing associations, housebuilders, developers and local authorities, with exposure to a number of exciting and varied projects.
As part of the Land Team, you will also have the opportunity to work with the other departments including Planning, Transport, Viability, Design, giving you a well-rounded knowledge of the industry.
The land team operates across the south and therefore the job will require a national approach towards client work and business development, working collaboratively across our three DHA offices, but primarily based in Maidstone.
