As an apprentice, you will be involved in a wide range of surveying tasks, from property valuation to development appraisals and everything in between. With the support of our experienced team, you will build the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this dynamic and rewarding profession.
Day to day tasks:
Reviewing affordable housing requirements
Attending site visits
Conducting planning search history
Preparing planning appraisals
Analysing planning policies
At DHA, we are committed to supporting your professional development. As part of this role, we will sponsor you through the necessary training to achieve Chartered Status (RICS - MRICS), working alongside a registered valuer and a former RICS assessor.
The ideal candidate will have:
A driven and hardworking attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
At least 112 UCAS points
A full UK driving license or be in the process of obtaining one

Application process
Once your CV has been reviewed and should you be successful to reach the next stage you will be asked to attend a face to face or Teams interview. In all cases we will ask you to attend a second interview at one of our office locations.
Graduate Scheme
Once your CV has been recieved and reviewed, should you be successful you will be asked to complete an online assessment which will take approximately an hour and can be done at a time of your convenience. If the assessments are successfully passed you wll be asked to attend an assessment centre day at our Kent Office along with other candidates, this is anticpated to be in March 2025.
Following that our HR team will be in touch if you have been successful in securing a role.
