As an apprentice, you will be involved in a wide range of surveying tasks, from property valuation to development appraisals and everything in between. With the support of our experienced team, you will build the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this dynamic and rewarding profession.

Day to day tasks:

  • Reviewing affordable housing requirements

  • Attending site visits 

  • Conducting planning search history

  • Preparing planning appraisals

  • Analysing planning policies

At DHA, we are committed to supporting your professional development. As part of this role, we will sponsor you through the necessary training to achieve Chartered Status (RICS - MRICS), working alongside a registered valuer and a former RICS assessor.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A driven and hardworking attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English

  • At least 112 UCAS points

  • A full UK driving license or be in the process of obtaining one
