About Luke

Luke joined DHA in June 2023, having graduated from The Open University with a BSc in Geography in September 2022.

Luke is currently placed within the Transport team working under Paul Lulham, building a good base of knowledge on the planning industry and supporting a wide range of projects and clients. 

 

Luke was promoted to Transport Planner in January 2025.
