Lucy joined DHA in 2021 and has nearly 20 years of experience providing planning advice and support on major projects throughout Kent and the south east.
Drawing upon her wealth of experience gained at Kent Planning, Barton Willmore and now DHA, Lucy advises a range of Clients on both short term and long term Local plan led opportunities.
Lucy is diligent, thorough and has expert knowledge of all aspects of the planning system, but with a focus towards large scale residential and retirement care projects. Her areas of interest include regeneration, public engagement and commercial schemes, large scale residential-led development and retirement care/extra care projects.
