New Homes for Harbledown
dha have secured planning permission for 19 new homes and a rural business centre near Canterbury
Following lengthy discussions and consultation with the Parish Council, The Upper Harbledown Residents Association, local residents, and the City Council dha have secured a resolution to grant planning permission for 19 dwellings and 5 business units at this former Garden Centre Site. The scheme was considered by the Council to be against policy, but the arguments presented were considered to weigh in favour of permission being granted.
Negotiations are continuing to finalise the section 106 agreement which includes a new car park and MUGA for local residents.
