Business Continuity & Covid-19
It's clearly a worrying time for our clients, business partners and colleagues. At DHA we have robust measures in place as part of our business continuity plan to ensure we deal with the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our priority at DHA is keeping our staff, colleagues and clients safe, whilst continuing to provide the best possible service to you, our clients and business partners. In the midst of Coronavirus, we are continuing to monitor Government guidance and as of today the majority of our staff are working from home. Our offices will still be open and manned by a small group of staff working safely on a rotation basis, until we are told otherwise.
All our staff are still contactable via email and phone calls into the office will continue to be answered and monitored. We have robust and remote working systems in place and are continually testing our capacity for total home-working across the business if advised by Government.
At this time we politely ask clients not to attend meetings at Eclipse House, Maidstone or Pinnacle, Crawley and instead make use of phone calls, our conference call facilities and skype if required.
Where meetings are essential, we are recommending staff, colleagues and clients to keep meeting sizes to a minimum, only for the length of time necessary and keeping distance in meetings, including not shaking hands etc.
We would also ask that if you have shown any symptoms of Coronavirus and have had contact with any of our staff in the past few days that you let us know as soon as possible, and it goes without saying that we wish anyone with Coronavirus a speedy recovery..
We are committed to continuing to provide the best possible service to you. Should you have any particular concerns then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
