More new dwellings under the agricultural to residential procedure!
In the summer we were proud to report we had reached the milestone of securing our 30th new dwelling under the agricultural to residential procedure. Since then we have gone on to secure an additional 11 new dwellings via this route. Whilst we have seen Local Authorities becoming stricter on structural capability and indeed, on providing evidence that buildings were last used for agriculture the permitted development route continues to provide our clients with a useful planning tool to optimise their agricultural assets.
