dha has secured planning permission for the change of use of retail units at 1-5 High Street, Sittingbourne to a restaurant/bar.
The site has been vacant for the majority of 2010 and has been marketed during this time, but there has been no retailer interest. It is therefore hoped that with planning permission for an alternative use that a buyer will be found for the site. It is also hoped that the planning permission will assist in the regeneration of the eastern part of Sittingbourne High Street and enhance the evening economy in the town.
