Winning an Enabling Argument
dha successfully secured full planning permission for the conversion and change of use of a Grade II Listed House to 4 No. houses and 10 No. self contained flats (including extensions).
The proposal was subject to an English Heritage Enabling Model which illustrated that the construction of 4 houses within the grounds and an extension to the Listed Building comprising 5 flats would cross subsidise the much needed works to the original house.
