A redundant agricultural barn is to be converted to 3 no. residential dwellings following a successful application for planning permission.

Due to the sensitive locality of the site within Green Belt and AONB the proposal entailed the partial demolition and conversion of the remaining barn to provide 3 no. residential units with parking and private amenity space.
