Having advised the previous landlord, Croft Capital, dha have secured planning permission from the London Borough of Bexley for the redevelopment of Christopher House in central Sidcup on behalf of new owners Purelake Developments.
This exciting redevelopment, designed by Alan Camp Architects, in the heart of Sidcup will provide halls of residence for the nearby Rose Bruford College, a 106 bedroom hotel and studio space as well as retail floorspace.
The site is currently occupied by a large office building and is allocated as a ‘Preferred Office Location’. The planning application addressed the loss of the office use as well as the need for the halls of residence and hotel. The planning committee welcomed the provision of much needed facilities and the regeneration of the dated site with a high quality development.
