Undertaking Financial Viability Assessments (FVAs) is an increasing part of many projects. DHA was recently called upon to undertake one for client Fernham Homes for a site in Sissinghurst.
With plans for the redevelopment of land at Sissinghurst Village Hall, DHA was tasked with assessing the viability for the erection of a new village hall building and the delivery of 19 homes, with associated parking, access and landscaping works.
The FVA successfully confirmed that the minimum number of houses had been provided in order to deliver the replacement village hall and car park and determine the level of affordable housing Section 106 contributions that could be provided.

Alex has worked at DHA for over 15 years and became Managing Director in 2016. As well as the day to day running of the business, Alex remains passionate about planning and development and enjoys getting out and about meeting clients and discussing the various options how DHA can maximise the value of their land.
Danielle is an Associate Director and leads our Viability team as well as running a large caseload of planning projects.
