Working on behalf of Kent County Council and Southborough Town Council, DHA secured consent for a mixed use facility providing a theatre, library, medical centre and town council offices for the town which would be financed through the provision of 69 new homes.
We were able to argue that the housing element would serve as a dual benefit by assisting in meeting the Borough's housing needs whilst serving the wider community needs.

Mathew joined DHA as one of our original graduate intake in 2004. He has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster, having previously studied Geography at the University of Birmingham.
