Eclipse Business Park

When completed the park will total over 16 acres of Grade A commercial development and deliver more than 300,000 sq ft of commercial office accommodation, including hotel and conference facilities. Plot 4 comprises a circa 6,500 sq m high quality office development with parking and a new access regime for Eclipse Park.

dha transport undertook a comprehensive transport assessment in support of the proposals, carrying out extensive trip and impact modelling of local and strategic junctions. Key to the success of the application was the formulation of an efficient and effective package of mitigating measures, including travel plan initiatives and physical junction works.

The proposals for Plot 4 were granted planning permission in 2009.
