DHA Planning and DHA Transport provided planning, transport and viability advice for the scheme, securing recommendations for approval by Ashford Borough Council Planning Committee.
Based on acceptance of DHA's viability appraisal, the scheme will not provide affordable housing but will be making contributions to the improvement of nearby Victoria Park.
