Urban Design
DHA Urban Design has been evolving as a facet of the Practice in line with the increased Governmental emphasis on good design and quality of place as part of the sustainable development agenda. The DHA Urban Design department has been formally set up to enable the Practice to offer expertise in the area of design and its interlinked relationship with planning. The Practice has in house qualified urban design staff and is therefore well placed to provide guidance on design at varying scales, including architectural form and its appropriateness to its context, to wider urban design issues, masterplanning and the preparation of development briefs or design codes.
DHA have full IT design capabilities with architectural & AutoCAD designers in-house.
