In addition to our planning and urban design services DHA offer a wider planning property service which includes the undertaking of planning audits and planning project management.
With extensive management experience, DHA has specialist expertise in bringing together and managing multi disciplinary development teams, in accordance with the clients specific needs and resources. Putting together teams to assemble the appropriate documentation for a planning submission is often a complicated and demanding exercise. With the submission requirements for a planning application ever increasing in complexity and volume a single point of contact to bring these together is vital. DHA undertake this planning project management role in order to smoothly and efficiently coordinate the other consultants involved and ensure consistency in the planning submission.
Our role can range from very small projects which may only involve two or three additional consultants to large complex schemes where issues such as contamination, flooding, ecology, noise, air quality, landscape, engineering, archaeology may also need careful management for the planning submission.
