Ham Mill Farm - Ashford
DHA secured planning permission and Listed Building consent for the conversion of a redundant Mill building to four residential let units, near Hamstreet, Kent. This included the careful subdivision of the building, retaining as many original features and openings as possible that provided an appropriate and considered conversion scheme, which preserved the character of the nearby Listed Farmhouse.
