DHA undertake a wide variety of consultancy work for Local Authorities and the public sector in general. This includes Development Control services, Local Development Framework advice and policy drafting, as well as specialist advice in disciplines such as Urban Design and PFI schemes.

As part of our continued work undertaken for Local Authorities DHA provided the planning and urban design evidence on behalf of Ashford Borough Council opposed to a major application proposal including over 1000 flats, a multi storey car park and a super market on a key location in the centre of Ashford. As well as providing the written evidence DHA also appeared as the witnesses for the Local Authority at the three week Inquiry.
