DHA are promoting land for development to the south of Junction 8 of the M20 for Gallagher Properties and the Rochester Bridge Trust. A high quality business park is proposed in this location, which is being promoted through the emerging Local Development Framework. dha and the landowners are also working closely with Maidstone Borough Council and Kent County Council to explore ways of ensuring that the long-awaited South Maidstone Strategic Link is delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.
