Eclipse Park - Kent
DHA have worked in partnership with Gallagher Properties Ltd in securing outline consent for employment development at Eclipse Park, Maidstone, a prestigious gateway site to the County Town that enjoys a strategic location adjacent to Junction 7 of the M20. Phase one comprising three office buildings has been built out and fully occupied, whilst reserved matters permission for a new 3,800m2 headquarters office building for Towergate Partnership Ltd, the UK’s largest independent insurance company, was acquired in 2007 to commence Phase Two. Work on the remainder of Phase Two is ongoing, with further Phase Three work to follow.
